Here’s a recent case we handled.

​

This claimant was in a car accident. After the accident, she told her attorneys that she was hurting so much that she was unable to move around and could barely walk.

​

And of course, because of this, she was unable to work.

​

The combination of pain and suffering along with loss of the ability to work contributed to a large settlement request on her behalf.

​

The insurance company proposed a settlement, but they had several restrictions as part of the agreement including:

​

• Limit her daily movements while she recuperates

• Do not lift anything heavy

• Wear an arm brace at all times

​

The insurance company attorneys were suspicious of the claim’s validity, so they hired us to perform professional surveillance on the claimant to see what was really happening.

​

And as you can see from this video footage, she walks around just fine. Video footage confirmed she is able to lift boxes, toss trash bags around, go shopping, push a buggy, and even bend over with little effort.

​

And at no point is she wearing her arm brace.

​

As Private Investigators, capturing this high-quality footage via surveillance provided hard evidence that the claimant was committing insurance FRAUD.
